I am working on my Ph.D. in Managerial and Organizational Behavior at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

I have two primary lines of research:

  • Self-Regulation
    • How do we regulate our behavior in situations that influence our perceptions of progress towards a goal?
    •  What influence does receiving positive versus negative feedback have for inferring commitment or inferring progress
  • Judgment and Decision Making:
    • How do people cognitively process streaks
    • What kind of information is necessary for an individual to predict streaky performance
